DESIGN THINKING "untruths"!

I keep reading interesting articles about design thinking but most of them replicates the "superficial wisdom" that is installed on the Design Thinking subject! The latest two nerve breaking "untruths"are:
1- DESIGN THINKING WAS BORN 15 years ago! -
NO, it was not born 15 years ago !!!! the way Designers Think, their practice, the use of an participative process and human centred approach has always been present in Science / Design Praxis. For example the Nordic Participatory Design movement of the 60s ...

2- Same authors are now-a-days recommending that the Design Thinking model needs to integrate Systems thinking knowledge! -
That is not new either! the IDEAS(R)EVOLUTION methodology that I am author has added this systemic vision since its inception and has been duly published since 2009/2010 in different articles and was defended in a PhD thesis in 2016.
The problem is a whole set of people who have appropriated "design thinking" as a magic formula ... for many the discourse that Design Thinking can be done by "non-designers" was the equation they needed to, "without the appropriate experience, knowledge and PRACTICE ", saved careers in consulting and in the "wave of Entrepreneurship" for example ....
Today, the "non-design Design Thinking Experts" often presents a hand full of "nothing", has in doctrines and religions field, they just "repeat" magical narratives and tools (empathy maps, Consumer journeys, Business models, etc ...) without "understanding" the construction, mastering the processes (which is only acquired through experimentation and learning from mistakes) ...
In the end of the Day, they just leave a bad reputation to the Designer Thinkers as a "fashion approach" that leave "No Results" in the organisations wherever they go ...
There is also the phenomena of the: "Business Intelligence", "Digital transformation" (and other BUZZWORDS) experts .... and now they also present themselves as Design Thinking experts just because read about it or attend a 3 days intensive course! ...
Because is such a "Buzzword and Commercial hard selling program", many people are looking for these type of training, not to learn about the Truth Design Thinking Roots, Whys and Know-How. Confused, they only search for programs that give them the Design Thinking Bullshit part, meaning the "Magic Formulas, processes and tools" that will save careers. These Design Thinking Followers will NEVER be "openminded" to understand that the Real and Truth Design Thinking knowledge implies that they need to change their attitude, beliefs, and "way to doing"!
So, these experts are all FOLLOWERS of international trendy magazines...
I've seen and read everything, for example: "An expert of everything including Design Thinking" that post for his followers: " please read these Mackinsey Consulting newsletter articles...its the same as if you were reading my own company sells/services brochure!!!!" WTF??
The problem is that people follow these "Experts of Everything" like evangelists and never but never bother to see if the same Experts "ever in their life have actually done DESIGN or participated in DESIGN teams for real"!
I want to make the following case: Anyone who has never DESIGNED, studied DESIGN, managed DESIGN teams, Research about DESIGN, has made and learn with his own mistakes or learned in factories, for example, CAN NOT properly manage and facilitate DESIGN processes for others!
It's my opinion....
