MANIFESTO AGAINST STAGNATION - Change your life, "adapt and adopt" another attitude towards Change!
Why do most people do not like to get out of your comfort zone!!! I'm sick of beautiful strategies in Powerpoint and then have no grip on reality and everyday organisations ???
There is no strategy or strategic vision without implementation and there is no chance of implementation of any strategy without "cultivating and building a culture" within the organisation !!!
Why educated people insist on not wanting to see the signs ??? and whistle to the side as if it was normal that his strategic vision it's only a reality on their computer when they make presentations and are only reality in "summit board" meetings that in most of the times do not contribute to change the situation on the "ground and the reality" of organisations! !
Having Strategic vision and being a LEADER has to do with knowing how to implement WITH the Co-workers, not only looking"from the top of the Leader Mountain" and presenting the vision internally and externally.
Unfortunately I have been experiencing in recent times this GAP between POWERPOINT and the ground reality..... YES it is difficult to solve this GAP but looking aside and letting go NEVER solved problem at all !!!
I can still be more concrete ... No sign of stagnation worse than the famous "i am have to do my business has usual" ..... An organisation most implement its strategy and vision of the future by involving the whole team work, working in a multidisciplinary way, going through each of the employees, getting closer to new areas of knowledge not only their on, experiencing other different situations from their day to day .... AND undergoes changing the center and the focus of the production of their work from the ME for "OTHER" .... in powerpoint strategy is said that "the only way we can make better products and provide better service to our customers, by making them the center of our strategy and the new experiences that we can provide them".
But then in reality what you hear is: "I can not go i'am doing my job the same way as ever!" .... "I can not, thus losing the sequence of all I have prepared and planned for centuries ..." ....
IN SHORT we applaud Powerpoints of the Bosses and then NOTHING changes in our routines ... even better there is ALWAYS an excuse to just think about "our own Navel"! ... Stagnation equals mortgaging the near future of any organisation
Not being able to CHANGE, to be flexible, to adapt our way of making the positive changes of INNOVATIVE organisation is to contribute to your DEATH !!! The future rest in PEACE "I'm doing everything as I always did and center of my work is me and my sermons!" ... This kind of thinking is ... DEADLY!
We can not have a vision strategy very, let's say "accurate", but if you know how to implement and DO, at least "you build" something, even if if just simple .... If you build you are, in my opinion, contributing to society and for the common good ... something, let's say a visionary strategy but that is only in the "drawer" who benefits? No one...
So sometimes i prefer people and simple processes, people and processes that depend only on the "soul, courage and willingness to do something, to MAKE !!! and not things that due to their procedural complexity and hierarchical never get past...just beautiful Powerpoints ....
That's why we really like the co-creation because when things are developed with the involvement and participation of all the likelihood of them being implemented increase ... great strategies defined in "closed cabinets of some" ... they risk never being adopted by all! ....
