Keynote Speaker at the Global Forum on Technology, Sustainability and Humanity 2025




I am delighted to share that I have been invited as a Keynote Speaker at the Global Forum on Technology, Sustainability and Humanity 2025, which will take place on 27–28 October 2025 at the prestigious Eurostars Madrid Tower 5★ in Spain’s vibrant capital. This will be my second participation in this global platform. My first was in OMAM 2022, where I introduced the Co-Nature’ing concept — a new design process within the Biodesign paradigm. This year, I will present the evolution of that concept and unveil, for the first time, the developed model resulting from a co-design and cooperative approach with an international network that included AALTO University, POLIMI – Politecnico di Milano (MADE|TRANS research group), MOME, and several other leading institutions. Under the theme “Transformational Change: Building a Collaborative Future”, the Forum will bring together global leaders, innovators, researchers, and practitioners to explore how technology can be harnessed to drive sustainability, foster inclusive growth, and shape a better future for humanity. It will be a unique opportunity to exchange insights, share transformative projects, and engage in cross-sector collaborations that address the pressing challenges of our time. I look forward to contributing to these vital conversations and connecting with peers committed to creating meaningful change.

For those managers that still didn't got it!.. There is no greater inhibitor of the growth of organisations than managers who use over and over again the phrase "here all co-workers are the same" ! These people are managers of companies whose growth depends on people or robots? Yes ... if the basis of the business is Robots or automatisms then they create organisations "where all are equal" ... NOW if they manage business they depend on the initiative, the ideas and the intrinsic motivation of the people to make DIFFERENT, BETTER and EVERY time More in an INNOVATIVE way for the market to realize that the ORGANISATION is not equal to the others ....
